1 - A few notes before we begin...

The purpose of this blog is to document a project being led by myself, and with a soon to be team of volunteers within our educational institution. The names of those involved will remain anonymous to keep the documentation of this journey objective and detached from the subjective baggage that comes with organisational brands, regional perception of places and associated emotions from those representing the organisation, who will care deeply about any compromising operational insight and perception in the local, regional and national community. 

Integrity is vitally important and for this project to have its integrity whilst not compromising others, keeping anonymity at this stage is considered to be the best strategy in maintaining both. 

Finally, before we move forward, this is not supposed to be an academic piece of work and is most definitely not attached to any academic qualification being taken by myself. For context: I am working in a role similar to that of an Advanced Practitioner though under a different title. I support new staff into the organisation; I prepare and deliver CPD; I also conduct various types lesson observations and support departments across the organisation; I am an avid rule-breaker albeit not just for the sake of breaking them; I teach in creative subjects and consider myself to be transmedia (not tied to one particular creative field); my specialism is digital technology in a creative playground.
